Add-in for Outlook

Witco workplace app together with its add-in for Outlook offers a comprehensive user experience in terms of meeting organization. When creating a new Outlook event, thanks to the add-in people can also:

• Book meeting rooms
  Users can filter rooms by capacity, location, equipment or features. They can view room details such as photos, schedule, associated services, etc. and select preferred meeting rooms.

• Order services
  Once users have chosen a room, they get access to the corresponding services and can place orders.
  Should users want to modify their orders, they can reopen their Outlook event and the add-in to cancel or change the requested services.

• Register visitors
  Users can easily pre-register the people they invite to their meeting:
  
  • When they add participants to their Outlook event, the add-in instantly retrieves the list of participants.
  • From that list, organizers can pick up the participants they need to pre-register.
  • Visitors details are automatically synchronized with the workplace app.
  • Visitors receive visit confirmation emails with all necessary information, and notifications for check-in.

Thanks to Single-Sign-On authentication, users enjoy a seamless experience with a tool that can be branded to match their company’s codes. The add-in logo and name can be customized according to clients’ preferences.
