Distech Controls

Thanks to the Witco <> Distech Controls Comfort App integration, employees can personalize their room settings by:

• regulating the ambient temperature,
• adjusting the lighting, fan speed and shades,
• defining their personal preferences, including units, and favorites devices,
• users are invited to eco-friendly behaviours thanks to the eco-score

Beyond the pure remote controlling of the room, there are also a series of use-cases related to the datas that Distech Controls and Witco can exchange (available soon):

Pull data from Distech Controls and display it into Witco:

• maps: show resources availability (green or red light on a room or desk) + auto cancellation if not occupied (after 15 min)
• eco responsibility: show aggregated consumption scores or air quality, to incentivise good behaviours
• comfort: occupation of common spaces (catering, floors), to avoid queuing at lunch time for instance
• occupation: display heatmaps of busy (and less busy) areas over the different moments of the day / week / …

Push data from Witco to Distech Controls:

• close the loop by syncing anticipated bookings and attendance with the Building Management System, to heat / light / … floors or zones according to actual occupation
