Occupancy status of spaces displayed in real time
Let occupancy sensors communicate the availability of your workspaces.
- For your spaces that are not usually bookable remotely, pair a presence sensor with a LED placed outside. Your employees can immediately see the change in availability thanks to the LED color.
- For your bookable spaces, optimize their occupancy thanks to sensors: automatic reservation confirmation, release of the room in case of no-show, automatic reservation of 15 minutes if a presence is detected when no reservation is scheduled, etc.
In sync with Witco, sensor data makes it possible to:
- view on a map the state of a space without having to go there,
- display real-time resource availability on KioskPad interactive screens,
