ARD Access

Thanks to the Witco & ARD Access integration, temporary access management is a walk in the park for both admins and users.

The system is designed to ensure that all doors remain securely closed, and access is granted only to individuals who possess the appropriate QR code and are present at the designated time.

Use cases include:

• Managing resource access: meeting rooms and other resources with a lock can be secured through QR Code. Each time an employee books a meeting room through the Witco app, the QR Code request is automatically sent to ARD, ensuring the employee receives the QR Code a few hours before the scheduled time.

• Monitoring visitor access: employees organizing meetings request access to the premises for their guests. A few hours before the visit, the guests will receive their individual QR codes, granting them temporary access to the site.

In case of booking request sent for the very same day, access to the resource is instantly granted as soon as the reservation is confirmed. No worries for forgetful users who make late bookings!
